- Veterans from other countries are not eligible

- Applies to EMS, law enforcement, and similar first responder roles
- Proof of active or former first responder status is required
Students
Eligible individuals receive 20% off certification courses.
- Must provide proof of current student status
- This discount applies worldwide
Teachers and Educators
Eligible individuals receive 20% off certification courses.
- Must provide proof of current educator status

Acceptable Proof of Eligibility
To receive a discount, you must provide valid proof of eligibility. You may redact sensitive personal information before submitting documentation.
Send all proof to:
Use a subject line indicating the discount you are requesting (for example, “Discount Request – Veteran”).
Acceptable proof includes one of the following:
- DD214 (sensitive fields may be redacted)
- Veteran ID card
- VA issued documentation
- Military ID (active duty or retired)
Acceptable proof includes one of the following:
- Government or employer issued ID
- Department or agency ID card
- Official documentation verifying employment
- Email from an official agency domain (may be requested in addition to ID)
Eligible roles include EMS, law enforcement, and similar first responder positions.
Acceptable proof includes one of the following:
- Valid student ID
- Email sent from an active student email account (.edu or equivalent institutional domain)
- Official enrollment documentation
This discount applies worldwide.
Acceptable proof includes one of the following:
- School or institution issued ID
- Email sent from an official school domain
- Documentation verifying current employment as an educator

How to Request and Use a Discount Code
To request a discount code, email:

Include:
- Subject line with the discount type you are requesting
- Proof of eligibility attached
- The course you intend to purchase
Once your eligibility is verified, you will receive a discount code by email.
To use the discount code:
- Add the course to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter the code into the Discount Code or Promotion Code field
- The discount will be applied to your purchase total
Discount Code Terms
- Discount codes cannot be stacked with other promotions
- If a sale is active, you may choose either the sale price or your discount code
- Discount codes are one time use unless otherwise stated
