Refund Policy

At White Knight Labs, we are dedicated to providing exceptional training experiences for our students. To ensure transparency and fairness, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Live Training:
Refunds are not issued for canceled live training sessions, as it is impossible to foresee unforeseen circumstances. Additional live training dates are made available for students to attend, ensuring flexibility and access to the content.

2. On-Demand Training:
Our team is available to support on-demand students during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. If you require assistance, please email us at training-team@whiteknightlabs.com. We will do our best to respond within 3–5 business days.

3. General Policy:
All purchases are final. By submitting payment, students acknowledge and agree to these terms, understanding that refunds are not provided for live or on-demand training under any circumstances.
