This is an annual subscription with manual renewal.

How Certification Access Works

All-Access uses the same active course assignment model as CertForge Pro.

  • Students may access one certification course at a time
  • To switch, unassign from the current course and assign yourself to a new one
  • There is no cooldown period between changes
  • Unassigning removes your progress in that course

Students who already purchased a course individually keep ownership of that course and its data.

How Academy Access Works

Academy access runs differently.

  • The entire Academy library is open at once
  • No assignment or unassignment required
  • Your progress is tracked and stays with your account
  • New courses and modules released during your term are added automatically

Academy labs deploy into your own AWS account. You can use the prebuilt deployment or download the scripts and build the environment yourself. Every lab environment is private to you and under your control.

Certification Exam Attempts

All-Access includes two certification exam attempts total, the same as CertForge Pro.

  • Attempts may be used across any available certification
  • Failed attempts count toward usage
  • Attempts expire when the subscription expires
  • Unused attempts do not roll over
  • Additional attempts may be purchased separately

Academy courses and modules do not award certifications. Certifications come from the certification track and its exams.

Exam attempts tied to a course you bought individually stay with that course.

Live Training Included

Active All-Access members may attend every live training event during their subscription period.

  • Subscription term is 1 year
  • Manual renewal only
  • No refunds
  • No mid-term conversions or upgrades from an existing subscription
  • Single user only
  • One active login session at a time
  • Account sharing is prohibited

Violation of the account sharing policy may result in immediate account termination.

When your subscription expires:

  • Access to certification and Academy content is removed
  • Certification course progress is removed unless you separately own that course
  • Certification exam attempts expire
  • Academy courses and modules you purchased individually stay in your account permanently
