- 20% discount available for purchases of 10 or more seats
Each seat includes:

- One certification exam attempt (pooled at the team level)
- Full access for the duration of the subscription

How It Works
CertForge Teams operates on a seat-based system.
- Purchase seats for your organization
- Assign seats to team members
- Manage course access and certification attempts
- Reassign seats as your team evolves
Seats are flexible and controlled entirely by your team manager.
Seat-Based Access Model
- Each seat = 1 active user
- Users cannot exceed total seats purchased
- Seats can be reassigned at any time
- No seat = no access
Seats control access to courses, certification attempts, and user activity.
Course Access Rules
- Team members can access one course at a time
- To switch courses:
- User must be unassigned
- Then reassigned to a new course
Important:
- When a user is unassigned, all course progress is lost
This ensures focused and controlled training.
Certification Exam Access
- Each seat includes 1 certification exam attempt
- Attempts are pooled across the team
- Failed attempts count toward usage
Additional rules:
- Attempts expire with the subscription
- Unused attempts do not roll over
- Additional attempts must be purchased separately
Team Management
CertForge Teams includes a dedicated management dashboard.
Managers can:
- Assign and unassign seats
- Reassign seats without restriction
- Invite new users
- Remove users at any time
- Transfer ownership if needed
Full Visibility and Tracking
Managers have full visibility into team activity.
Dashboard includes:
- Seats purchased vs assigned
- Remaining certification attempts
- Active users
- Subscription expiration date
Audit tracking includes:
- Seat assignments and changes
- User invitations and acceptance
- Certification attempt usage
Subscription Terms
- Subscription is valid for 1 year
- Manual renewal required
If not renewed:
- Users can still log in
- All content is restricted
- Access is restored upon renewal
