Why Teams Buy the Bundle

Volume Discount

Discounts scale with seat count. The more seats you buy, the lower the price per seat.

  • 3 to 9 seats: $1,250 per seat
  • 10 or more seats: 20% off, $1,000 per seat
  • Larger deployments: better rates than the published tier, quoted directly

At 10 seats All-Access already costs the same per seat as CertForge Teams with no Academy content. Past that point we price by seat count rather than by tier. Tell us how many operators you need to cover and we will come back with a number.

How Seats Work

All-Access uses the same seat-based model as CertForge Teams.

  • Each seat equals one active user
  • Users cannot exceed the total seats purchased
  • Seats can be reassigned at any time
  • No seat means no access

Each seat carries both certification access and Academy access. There is no split licensing and no separate Academy seat count to manage.

Certification Access Rules

  • Team members access one certification course at a time
  • To switch, unassign the user and reassign them to a new course
  • Unassigning removes that user’s course progress

This keeps training focused and keeps managers in control of what each engineer is working on.

Academy Access Rules

Academy access works differently from certification access.

  • The entire Academy library is open to every assigned seat at once
  • No assignment or unassignment required
  • Progress is tracked per user account
  • New Academy content released during the term is added automatically

Reassigning a seat to a different person gives that person a fresh start. Academy progress belongs to the user account, not the seat.

Certification Exam Attempts

  • Each seat includes one certification exam attempt
  • Attempts are pooled across the team
  • Failed attempts count toward usage
  • Attempts expire with the subscription
  • Unused attempts do not roll over
  • Additional attempts may be purchased separately

Academy courses and modules do not award certifications. Certifications come from the certification track and its graded exams.

Lab Infrastructure

Certification labs run through the White Knight Labs student portal.

Academy labs deploy into your own AWS account. Your organization keeps full control of the cloud infrastructure and the cost. Teams can deploy from prebuilt images or download the scripts and build the environments in house.

This matters for regulated environments. No student data or lab traffic sits in a shared tenant.

Team Management

Managers get a dedicated dashboard.

Managers can:

  • Assign and unassign seats
  • Reassign seats without restriction
  • Invite new users
  • Remove users at any time
  • Transfer ownership

Dashboard shows:

  • Seats purchased against seats assigned
  • Remaining certification exam attempts
  • Active users and current course assignments
  • Academy activity per user
  • Subscription expiration date

Audit tracking covers:

  • Seat assignments and changes
  • User invitations and acceptance
  • Certification attempt usage

Subscription Terms

  • Subscription is valid for 1 year
  • Three seat minimum
  • Manual renewal required

If not renewed:

  • Users can still log in
  • All certification and Academy content is restricted
  • Access is restored on renewal

No team structure or seat assignments are lost.

Existing subscriptions cannot be converted  Organizations already holding CertForge Teams seats move to All-Access at renewal. Mid-term conversions and prorated credits are not offered.
